I am so over SXSW. You know what SXSW gave us? Twitter. i remember the good ole days when it was just a music festival with a lot of great and upcoming bands.

It also gave us Foursquare, which was the bane of my existence in grad school.

I’d love to go this year, just to hit the parties. Free booze and food are always a good thing. Heh. Also, Neil DeGrasse Tyson and Adam Savage are doing keynotes. That would be cool. I’m hitting the Tech Expo just because a bunch of companies will be recruiting, but that’s free and open to the public so it doesn’t really count.
