I made hashbrowns in my waffle iron. Then I topped then with zaatar and mozarella. I also had scrambled eggs, but they were entirely mundane.

I’m starting a batch of yeast raised waffle batter tonight before I go to bed. I am going to have to spend a lot of extra time on the “hamster bike” and probably go to a twice a week modified fast to get back down to my “fighting” weight.
