He’s definitely got an ax to grind against rape victims, real or imagined. I have to admit it’s kind of a touchy subject; because rape should always be taken incredibly seriously, it absolutely does suck to be falsely accused. But that doesn’t mean every woman making accusations is faking it, and subjecting victims to humiliating and/or aggressive procedures to prove their allegations will only reduce the already abysmally low rate of reporting real cases.

I think it can be safely said that he’s got an ax to grind against women in general.
