I’m not going to search for the comment, but he said that the Summer Games should be in Athens, Greece every time (which would be a great economic boon to the economically starved peninsula/archipelago that birthed Western pedagogy) and the Winter Games be held, uh, in Europe somewhere, where they have ski slopes and sleigh runs and huge arenas for the skating competitions. lawhawk definitely said something like this.
