What I’m finding deliciously ironic is that if Trump and Cruz continue their pace through SC and NV, the “establishment” will have to beg all of Kasich+Rubio+Bush to stay in if any of those three consider dropping.

That’s because Trump+Cruz are polling so far ahead that if two of the three “establishment” Republicans drop out, the remaining one still can’t catch Trump.

So all three have to continue, in order to make sure that neither Trump or Cruz make it over the minimum delegates to win the nomination.

Thus the convention will eventually turn to an open voting platform, freeing the delegates, and the good ol’ boy network can do its thing.

Anyway, that’s what I suspect will happen.
