Having transformed itself into the imagined party, the GoP’s aspiring nominees need no longer have a record of accomplishment or even be coherent. That opens the gates pretty damned wide.

Imagined party of imagined threats and imagined enemies and imagined policies with imagined outcomes. The same imagined policies they’ve been espousing for decades. They don’t even have any new imagined policies.
