I like most of the vegetables people are supposed to not like. Part of it, I think, is that I like bitter.

I think most people just get accustomed to the 6 or 7 generic American vegetables and everything else just tastes weird. There are a whole range of flavors out there but most of us just aren’t familiar with them.
