Right after the huge Earthquake in Russia in the 80’s; A friend of mine was promoted and moved with his wife to a small town to head up his own office.

In their attempt to assimilate they had a card night with some of their new neighbors.

One of their new friends asked conversationally…

“That big Earthquake in Russia. Do you think the United States had anything to do with that?”

He rescinded his acceptance of the promotion and moved the fuck back home.

I am totally serious.

We now await the news report of today’s earthquake from Russia Today.
