Part of me wants the House Dems to say, “ok, all of this is going to be public hearings from now on, and any attempt to suppress ‘classified’ information will be seen as obstruction of Congress.”

Because I’m guessing, deep down, Republicans really don’t want these depositions to be in open sessions. That would probably go spectacularly poorly for them.

- i want the dems to stick to the plan (how it seems to me)
- get the prelim info privately. no drama, just the facts, ma’am as a dress rehearsal.
if they have to, use “we dont know whether natsec issues are gonna arise”
- then do public hearings.

it’ll be excruciating
