I wonder if any of that will be found unconstitutional if challenged in court.

It used to be that all such questions relating to choice depended on how Justice Kennedy was feeling that day.

If we get in a decent replacement for Scalia, we might be able to do much better.

In particular, I’d like to see all of the targeted regulation of abortion providers (TRAP) laws struck down en masse as being unconstitutional on their face in a 1-page opinion.
