On the advice from Lawhawk and MsJ, I did a quick Photoshop and added an image to my Letter to Paul Ryan page.

How do you get the image to show up in the side bar page view? Help!

Look at the bottom of your edit page and make sure you have the macro image box ticked and your image is uploaded.
