I think Beto is a bellwether for the country. If he pulls it off, I think the rest of the country will follow suit across all offices, from local to federal. And it’s definitely not out of the realm of possibility.

Beto has generated much name recognition - in a good way. I can see him winning without taking the rest of his state with him. He may, however, be a bellwether for congress.
