I’m sorry, but we don’t use the word “challenged” anymore. “Challenged” denotes a person may be beneath others in their abilities to perform certain tasks which more people around them might not find to be the same case.
Henceforth, you must use the following term for lack of non-personally native language skills: pre-learning non-native language ability skilled.
