I see something portentous in the rise of Chuck C.
With his penchant for grammatical, spelling, and syntax errors (“rights” for “rites,” etc.) he is every wingnut’s wingnut, a true man-boy of the (stupid) people. With his sense of the grandiose and his massive narcissism, he could be the right wing’s leader of the future, the near future at that. Fortunately he will not be old enough to run for POTUS until 2024, but no telling how far down the highway to Idiocracy the right will have gone by then.
