True enough about the “new blood” thing, but is”Obama 2.0” such a bad thing?? The negatives on that being….? What? Competence? Honesty? A respectful regard for science? A legislative agenda that doesn’t exist solely to further enrich the already-affluent? A sane foreign policy?

Obama’s two terms weren’t perfect (as no President’s ever have been), but after four years of King Orangeanus The Incompetent , a rerun of 2009-2016 doesn’t seem like so bad a deal. (YMMV, of course).

A big thing Biden has going for him that our next President desperately needs: foreign policy chops. I can’t think of anyone better suited or qualified to help heal some of the damage done to our relationships with allies. I would much prefer to see him as Sec of State but I could comfortably support his presidential bid should he be the nominee.
