Eh, possible I suppose. The problem with improvised weapons is there are so damn many sources of good and bad designs out there thanks to Paladin Press and dozens of other internet sources. 1st Amendment absolutism bites us in the ass again. At least there is the fact that the so called “James Bond” books of improvised weapons are 90% wrong to the point where when the work accidents happen the cops can tell which book the moron was using to kill himself.

No, the bigger danger I see with this one is he apparently mixed [DELETED] into his fuel to thicken it up as home made Napalm. Even worse would be if he knew the kind and amount of [DELETED] to grind up and add along with some [DELETED] of various kinds. That would create a napalm/thermite mix that would stick to whatever it splattered on complicating both firefighting and EMT work.

Um.
