Well, that would certainly fit with the whole “Outlaw Josey Wales in SPAAAACCCCEEE!!!” vibe the show always gave me. I couldn’t watch it then and still haven’t been able to stomach the concept. Got into more than a few disagreements on Pyramid & JTAS over it.

For the record i did watch and enjoy Serenity. Shrug.

Like most Whedon shows, it took me about 4 eps to get into.
