One of my favorite moments involving Mrs. Bush was when she criticized the Simpsons. The writers wrote her a letter as Marge and Mrs. Bush apologized and wrote a thoughtful letter in response. I also appreciated that she was very much her own woman, not a mere extension of her husband but a compliment. Great couples are like that and we know she loved her family.
