Didn’t cook a meal tonight. My stove and counter is currently being used to make plum sauce (tkemali) and all-purpose spice mix (ajika) from Georgia.

Tomorrow, I’m knocking out a whole Georgian dinner to be packaged up and gifted to my friends who are a married couple.
