I just can’t imagine a House with 1200 Representatives. How could anything get accomplished? Every Representative would want to comment for the TV soundbites and have about 12 seconds to speak. We couldn’t afford to build enough facilities for all the prima donnas and their fancy offices.

I do not see anyway to get past the Constitutional barriers for these changes. Doing this change by Constitutional Amendment or Convention is just not possible.

We have to learn better to deal with what we have.
