All the discussion about orbital blowouts and stolen cigars was just distracting us from the bigger scandal, namely that the rot in the Ferguson PD went all the way to the top and beyond.

And yet there are plenty out there who believe that the fair and impartial investigation was conducted because the DOJ said it couldn’t find the evidence to charge Wilson.
