Montana is going to get plastered with snow according to the National Weather Service.

We’re up for snow Thursday, then a looming blizzard on Saturday.

We can’t break the record here for “earliest snowfall in the season” since the Panhandle has recorded snow in every month of the year.

Interesting. In Minnesota, it has never snowed in July, and the snowfall in August is unofficial - a “trace amount” of snow on August 31.
