We already have the equivalent of the tapes. We have signed checks towards illegal campaign contributions, multiple witnesses to witness tampering, obstruction and conspiracy and so on. We have more evidence in public right now than existed at the time that Nixon was forced to resign. The whole hang up is that it is in public!!! People keep thinking that there is something else hidden and the freaking smoking gun is laying in plain sight.
