A black gang member shot and killed a kid in a robbery and was arrested and charged with murder the next day.

George Zimmerman walked away from Trayvon Martin’s murder and was only charged when public outrage forced the situation.

Apparently its exactly the same situation as far as Wingnuts are concerned.
