Kansas received another credit downgrade this week, and the budget is in the red again to the tune of multiple millions. The amount the state government collected in individual income taxes increased a bit, but the amount it collected in corporate taxes was down 50%, but Brownback, taking economic advice from Laffer, is still waiting on the economic boom from those huge tax cuts he handed out to corporations.
