The only reason I see for high defense spending is China, and that is reasonable.

Once it flumes under (which I think it will within 20 years), we can cut back. Massively.

Russia’s of interest, but they aren’t in good shape either.

I don’t really see that happening. I see them keeping on cracking down on their populations and US co’s going along with it because they want that consumer base. US and other western govs will follow suit.
