It’s more of her bullshit meme that she’s been pushing since she went on the national scene that left of center people hate the handicapped and think their mothers should have had abortions. It has no basis in fact whatsoever but Palin spouts it anyhow because she’s so full of shit I think she actually believes it. That one really pisses me off having Asperger’s myself and knowing how tight my grandfather was with his older sister who had Downs.

The official word was that liberals HATED Palin for not having ended her last pregnancy.

There is, however, a significant lack of telling quotes by liberals of any even minor importance saying that. (Here, of course, we have the infamous AnneFrance.) It was just one of those things that was instinctively KNOWN.

Then, of course, we had the biology-defying Mr. Sullivan, who claimed, or sort of hinted, that Trig is Bristol’s son. Doesn’t know much about Down, our Mr. Sullivan.
