I think it’s going to be real hard for her to gain any traction on the intellectual right.

The intellectual right is a lost cause, the GOP has gone anti-intellectual, anti education and anti-science. All she needs to do is to stand by her stances, no matter how far removed from fact, as long as they are ideologically pure, and she will guarantee herself a rock-solid constituency, and at worst, the VP nod.
