Not so much. If they though Obama’s reelection was a certainty, they’d have some better insight with which to make decisions. It is possible that some business leaders don’t want a full-fledged recovery, in order to prevent Obama from taking credit for it. But that’s too conspiratorial for my tastes and I think that theory incorrect.
