I was trying to wrap my head around how Inhofe has been so passionate about this issue. But then I realized how tied-into “the Family” Uganda’s President is. Considering that Inhofe is a C-Street guy and part of this Dominionist movement and how involved they’ve been in transforming Africa into their form of Christianist Theocracy, I get it now.

Uganda is like Saudi Arabia fighting an al Qaeda insurgency and Inhofe is just protecting his favored theocracy against an uncontrollable LRA.

You don’t get to choose a secular government in that region of the world.
