Unfortunately for Schiff, Trump is exactly who the GOP is. Their behavior when Obama was President demonstrated that they had no ethics, compassion or courage — and everything has gone further downhill with Trump’s election.

Schiff really isn’t just talking to the GOP Senators here, he’s talking to the electorate. Trust me, Schiff knows full well what you’re talking about. It’s just that the prior bad faith of the GOP isn’t relevant to his individual case here.
