In the year 2320, Grandma’s on the menu tonight, don’t forget the sirracha sauce. I’m honestly making an effort to eat less meat going forward not just ecologically but health wise too given my heart.

for me also a matter of preference. In the summer season, I love meat off the grill, but other than that, I would actually rather have a veggie burger from the pan or a vegetarian chili, spaghetti sauce or stir-fry than a meaty one most of the time.

Except, of course, for Thanksgiving.
