Believe he also was Claus von Bulow’s defendant and he’s written a lot of stuff. IIRC he was a fairly decent civil libertarian prior to 9/11 and before he decided anyone who criticized Israel deserved to have their life ruined.

Reversal of Fortune remains one of my all-time favorite films. Not just for Jeremy Irons’ portrayal of Claus von Bülow, but the late Ron Silver’s portrayal of Dershowitz was pretty much spot-on.
