I’m protected from most of it. He would call me up and direct me to do all kinds of jobs that weren’t part of my job, and I always asked him to put it in via email so I’d have something in writing, so he backed off and quit trying it with me. Our team back east was in the same office and he would task them in the office and they don’t have anywhere near the experience I do. They agreed to all kinds of crap to get him off their backs and now they are paying for it.

Protected from most, but you will most likely still suffer some blowback. I don’t envy you for any of that.
