Do you have any idea what it would be like when anyone heard him? They would take their radios and throw them out the window..in a skyscraper it would be horrific! And people in cars? An unmitigated disaster!

He seriously needs psychiatric care in a mental institution…delusions of grandeur, at the very least! ;)
