not disagreeing with you Sol, the hookup culture has demonstrated that yes, there are some definitive drawbacks to the dating culture as it exists today, but just because you courted someone doesn’t mean that men haven’t been raping women since the introduction of the apple. Men and women have been going at each other like rabid bandicoots for centuries, what is changing is that in our culture the lines determining those gender roles is getting blurred faster than we can draw those lines in the sand. So what I’m trying to sayi is that booze and drugs end up blurring lines in some cases making it easier for those inclined to take advantage ( for either sex) as well as in some cases for mutual bad judgement to hold sway. Still, that being said, I feel that my gender has a long way to go yet.
