I’m also starting to see evidence that the Housing Bubble 2.0 is getting ready to pop too. I’m seeing a lot “price reduced”s on realtor sites, and houses with “For Sale” signs on them for months rather than days.

Let see if President Dunning-Kruger tries to take credit for that looming shitshow.
