I can forgive people for not knowing. I honestly did not think anyone here was ignorant of that fact. However, one look at British media will make the nature of the slur obvious and honestly, I am appalled that after being told numerous times that people are still debating this.

True but in the interests of peace, I’d like to propose an amnesty: We all assume that the uses on this thread of the words “Nippon”, “Paki”, and “Armo” were not intended to slur people based on their race or ethnicity. However, we will all endeavor to avoid those words going forwards. Fair?
