Now please note, that was very shortly after the following comment was perfectly acceptable to Anthony.

It’s the aftermath that is more amusing. Obama still thinks Irene is a threat even though it’s not a hurricane any longer and storms do not have a reverse gear.

When I asked him why it’s “off topic” and “politics not media” to point out Bachmann’s comment, but not to post a comment about Obama, he responded thusly:

Because your comment was not only offtopic, but intended to threadjack, and no matter who was saying it “was a message from God” I’d delete it because we have a policy on the issue, along with discussing HAARP, bigfoot, UFO’s and other such garbage. Get over it. -Anthony

Now notice that the topic of the thread was related to “overhyping” of Irene by the media.

Apparently, reporters in raincoats is overhyping, that is “on topic,” but saying that Irene was a message from god is “off topic” overhyping.

Maybe some of you folks would like to pay Anthony a visit?
