U.S. District Judge Kimba Wood will be hearing the case. She, of course, was the second of Bill Clinton’s Attorney General nominees. Withdrew due to the hiring of an illegal immigrant nanny (which was legal at that time). Upon her withdrawal, Clinton nominated Janet Reno.
