That the government can and does misuse regulation isn’t an argument against all regulation, any more than the fact that people in capitalism can engage in fraud is an argument against capitalism.

The right doesn’t believe contraception or abortion are unhealthy, by the way, they believe that they’re morally wrong. So you can kind of tell by the way you have to torture language to make your case that you’re off-base. Raw milk isn’t being banned because it’s a moral wrong.
