The Greenwaldians have fallen prey to the very binary thinking that created the programs they despise so much, namely the idea that terrorism requires violence and requires a body count.

Actually, I have issues with defining entirely non-violent activities as ‘terrorism’, if there is no actual link of the non-violent activities to violent terrorist activity.
