You can count the number of GOP votes changed on one hand. People who still supported Trump at the beginning of this year are not changing their minds..

Trump was able to count on his rabid base turning out en masse. Even if they are not about to change over to the Dems, they might find their enthusiasm dampened and not turn out in the numbers they did in 2016, whereas an awful lot of the people who stayed home then have learned their lesson.
