Obama line about horses, bayonets fails fact-check

Obama says ‘… we have less horses and bayonets.’ So they ‘fact check’ Obama to clarify that the armed forces still have horses and bayonets. Case in point?

The Daily Caller won a prestigious Edward R. Murrow award this year for a war report about the American soldiers who — riding on horseback — were the first U.S. forces to fight in Afghanistan after the 9/11 terror attacks. (RELATED VIDEO: Secret mission: The Horse Soldiers of 9/11)

This is a factoid presented as something entirely different than what it is. Saying ‘less’ does not equal ‘none.’ The logical disconnect so glaringly deficient it’s hard to understand how it can be taken seriously.
