This is the sort of thing I’ve been expecting, the one that’ll force the whole gay marriage issue into the supreme court under ‘full faith and credit’.

It’s that clause that broke Loving v Virginia.

And that is what is pissing me off. They KNOW THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE. Yet they (Idaho Republicans) will push this dumb ass law through for ideological/religious reasons and waste taxpayer dollars trying to defend the indefensible. Idiots.
