Me too. I don’t mind the taste as much as the texture. I like chopped liver (especially a nice Jewish chopped liver…mmmmm) but short of that, liver just mooshes in your mouth. 🤢

I don’t want to turn anyone off, but beef liver leaves me blah. I was raised on pork liver and onions, browned in fat until there are crispy bits. Can’t get pork liver around here anymore. Sad.
