There’s a Five Guys in Evanston, but I’ve never gone there. The few times I’m in Evanston at lunch time, I go to Edzo’s. It’s a local place, and only open during the day, but it is outstanding. and for those who want ‘sustainable’, they’ve got beef that fits that bill; Prime Angus, too, if that’s your thing. Great place, well worth the visit if you’re ever in Evanston’s when its open.

The burgers are good, but it’s the fries that are to kill for.
