Sure… but if all the work product is disposed of/classified/generally withheld by the AG, then the verbal report becomes “Republicans say Mueller and his 17 demoncrat witch-hunters smear the blameless administration officials” by the time the right-wing media filter gets done with it, and there’s a tussle where all of the people involved get fired for cause, and the legalisms that result last to 2021.

I’m not saying it wouldn’t matter, but Congress would have to very publically redo the investigation on the roadmap Mueller provided rather then using the report as a starting point. Again, 2021, or later.

I’ve swung back and forth this week on what I think is going to happen. There are a lot of reasons to expect things to work out, but i fear it’s going to require someone sacrificing himself to leak the report.
