Matzoh ball soup
Dessert: Raspberry swirl cake w/crumble topping
White Zinfandel

Friday Morning:
Fresh-brewed Gevalia Kenya roast coffee
New York Cheesecake
Cheese blintzes w/assorted mixed fresh fruit
Smoked fish w/assorted salads
Ice cream w/Caramel or Chocolate topping

Friday Afternoon:
Dark boneless Turkey roast w/homegrown herbs
Oven baked potatoes
Fresh tossed salad w/homemade Ranch dressing
Golan Heights Chardonnay

Friday Night:
Matzoh Ball Soup

Saturday Morning:
More cheesecake, Raspberry swirl cake & chocolate bars

Saturday Afternoon:
Assorted salads
Beef flanken stew cooked overnight w/potatoes & barley

This is one of the few Jewish holidays that doesn’t have the message of “They tried to kill us. They failed.” The message is: “Let’s eat anyway!”
