The ad restrictions are similar to tobacco and booze. Are those Constitutional, I am not sure. I will say that any tax dollars that are feeding folks should be limited to healthy food. I was at the grocery store behind a person with a food stamp EBT card and she had 2 cases of soda. WTF?

You can buy pretty much all foods with an EBT card. No beer or smokes (but little quick marts do get around that) and no hot foods, although you can have a sub at say Publix made for you.
